4. User Accounts

5. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers subscription tiers (Basic, Standard, VIP) with recurring billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content generated by the AI companions, including text and voice, is owned by ChatFlirt Me. You retain ownership of content you upload (images, videos, voice messages) but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI companions generate responses using artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected content. ChatFlirt Me is not responsible for AI-generated content and does not endorse any statements made by the AI companions. The Service is for entertainment only and should not be relied upon for advice of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

ChatFlirt Me and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
